The company was established in the year 2001 by separating from parent company Kay Iron Works (P) Ltd. that was established in 1946.

We have state-of-the-art production facilities to attentively meet ever growing industry requirements. The production unit is located in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, spread over 4 acres of area with inbuilt installation of over 2500 square yards. In vertically integrated facilities, we have our own machine shop, fabrication shop, quality testing unit and logistic department.
